The Library

Sofia walked across the Med section looking for one of her favs books. Eureka she thought as she raised her hand to catch the big book. But suddenly another book fall on her head.
'ouch!'- She said. She looked up.

'Im so sorry'- August said with a apology look on his face.

'Its ok....' Sofia managed to said, thought it really hurted

August left the book on the floor and looked at her hair and her head where the book had fallen. He wanted to see if she had get hurt or something like that. Fortunatly he didnt find anything wrong there.
'Are you fine?' He asked to the girl.

'yeah... I think so'- She said.- Im Sofia, By the way'

'August'- He introduced himself

'Nice to meet you'- She smiled at him and walked off with her book on her hand.

He smiled and after getting her book he went to Leah´s table. He had known her for years.
'Hey Leah'- he said to her sweetly.

Leah: "H-hi, August," I stuttered as I stared into his beautiful eyes. I tucked a stray hair behind my ear, "How is school going?"

He sat beside her as He opened the book.
'Fine, thanks' he said as he smiled and looked at her. 'Yours?'

Sofia sat on the floor and started reading. But, she looked at August now and then. He was really cute. Thought he was chatting with that girl... Leah. Sofia tried to look the other way. He has a girlfriend She thought. Allways the same

Leah: "Boring. The teachers are the same, always giving' us a bunch of homework we don't want to do." I looked around and saw Sofia watching us, That must be August's girlfriend. Of course.

Sofia noticed Leah looking at her strangely. What? she muttered without making sound.

August laughed.
'at least you got somewhere to do that homework.' He said as he smiled.

Leah: I shook my head to Sofia, saying never mind. "Oh. I forgot about that," I said to August. I cleared my throat, "Since you don't talk to your, er, parents, where do you, like, go?"

'I sleep on my car' He addmited, shamed.

Sofia sighed, looked once more at August and buried herslef into the book

"In your car!? August! What if something bad happened?!"

'Then the cigarrete wont be the cause of my deah' August said looking at the ceeling

I choked back tears. "August," my voice cracked.

'Dont cry....' August said stroking her cheek sweetly. 'Why are you crying?'

Sofia looked the other way and decided that she couldnt stand it anymore. He didnt knew August, but she did liked him.

I wiped my cheek, "I don't want you to die." As August touched my cheek, I felt myself start blushing.

'People die all the time' August said as he looked at her deeply in the eyes. Leah started to blush and August found that really cute.

Sofia walked out ashamed. She closed the door behind her.

August´s heart beated faster as he looked at the girl that he had meet before.

"Not when they're 20!" I tried to stop blushing. I watched Sofia walk out the door. Damn, I thought. I wanted to talk to her.

'Actually... over the last years....' August started to say but then realized she was right. 'I dont have where to go, and my job dosent pay much'

Sofia didnt enter to her car, insted of that, she sat outside, down the trees.

A light-blub in my head lit up, "We have the guest house behind my house. I know my parents wouldn't mind."

'I know they would' He said. 'You are much more younger...'

I gave him a sideways glance, "I'd much rather get in trouble than you die in your, er, car. And, my mum would be totally fine with it. She knows your...mother."

'Mother?' He asked, confused.

"Your, er, real mother."

*lost*

((um..just start out like the rest of us. walk into the library and get a book or whatever))

'Do you know her?' He asked totally shoked

I nodded. "She actually works at the gas station."
