Rage came out of her bathroom a split second later. "Hey I have to go. I just got an call the codex is being attacked." He said before going over to kiss her gently. "Maybe I should take you there sometime and make you one of my chosen." he whispered before pulling on his shirt

Maybe becuase he didn't have a child on the way that Rave could think straight. "Ryan man your female is right we have to go!" he said and looked back to Destiny. "I love you." he whispered and gave her a final kiss.

Mai held Ryan close for a moment and kissed him gently. "Fine" she whispered and pulled herself from the his arms and went right to the main door. "If you won't go to the gate I will!" she threw open the door and stepped outside. It was her duty as a warriors mate to make sure that he protected more lives then just her own.

I touched his face and kissed him back. "I love you too. Stay safe. Dont make me a widow after only a few hours of being married."

I ran after her. "NO!" I pulled her back inside. "I'll go." I kissed her face all over. "I'll go. Just dont do that ever again." I kept kissing her face.

I kissed him back, "I love being with you but the whole chosen thing I don't know, its just not for me." I looked away from him.

"Ill be careful I promise." he said with one final kiss he walked to the door to wait for Ryan. He had to give Mai props she was a ver clever girl for almost going to the gate. He wondered how that brother of his had faired that night.

Mai smiled and kissed him back back ever time he had kissed her. "Go and make us proud daddy." She whispered. "Becareful and watch eachothers backs." she said alittle louder. She loved him so much and little Terror inside of her kicked again. He was strong and was going to make a fine warriro

Rage found gently. "Well that's the only way we would be able to have kids and stuff. When my brother mates you could hang out with her and my other chosen."

I was crying and I waved to Rave. I blew him a kiss and wipped my tears.

"I will." I kissed her eyes one last time then walked to Rave and we walked out. I locked the door behind us. Nothing was going to get inside and get them.

When Rave and Ryan were gone I walked over to Mia and hugged her. "Were going to see them again."

I kissed him one last time, "If its the one way I can be with you" I looked into his eyes I never meet someone like him to make me feel like this, "Than you should do it." I smiled.

"Really? You wanna head over there with me now? I'll take you in through the back and you can stay in my room." Did Rage really just say that? He had never offered a girl his room before. He sighed to himself. "I gotta call my brother."

Saying goodbye that second time was harder then the first. He had to focus. Whatever was had freaked out Ryan so much was on the other aide of the gate and threatening the females. His phone rang and he answered. "Yeah?... Well my mate is in Ryan's room why don't you bring the girl there...no never mind with what happened between you and Mai last time you met Ryan might rip out your heart..." The line went dead. "My brother bringing a girl here." He said to Ryan.

Mai nodded gently with a soft smile and both hands on her stomach. "I know they will be!" she said and looked back at the door. "come on I am sure he has spare weapons around here somewhere...if something comes this way I am not going to roll over and take it!"

"He must be crazy why would he bring her here?" All the warriors were running to gate. We got there and we saw what was threatening the girls. A pack of werewolfs were at the gate. I growled and pulled out my gun. I wasnt letting a stupid wolf get anywhere near my Mia.

"I dont know how to handle a weapon..." I helped her look around.

I smiled, "I mean it and the phone if you want is over there on the table." I pointed to it before leaving the room so that he could talk to his brother all alone.

After he hung up with his brother he went to find Fire. "Alright so in the backgate and right to Ryan's room." He said and kissed her gently. "Right after the threat is gone we will make you one of my offcial Chosen."

Rave growled and pulled out his hand gun. "Figures the mutts would try to attack the Codex. With all the babies and females." he said as he flipped off the safety. "Hopefully they will release us from duty for the rest of the day if we dispose of the quickly."

Mai smiled gently. "Its easy really." she found a gun and flipped off the saftey. "My brother Revenge taught me how shoot. He told me that everyone could de fend there selves." she handed Destiny a dagger. "Just stab if anything comes in and gets close."

The Werewolfs were getting closer and I was getting madder. I growled more. Finally they attacked and I started shooting any of them that I could get an aim on. I put my gun away and stabbed one that came close enough. All I thought was that I needed to keep Mia safe.

I held the dagger tight. I didnt know if I could use it if something came in.

I joined my brothers fighting the stupid dogs.

I did what he told me and went through the backgate, and went to the right to ryan's room? I knocked on the door.

"Its me Fire, Rage sent me." My voice shooked I didn't know who or what was on the other side of the door.

Rage arrived at the battle. One thing that he liked close to if not as much as bedding women was fighting. He shot and stabed and sliced into a great deal of the damned dogs. He smiles the whole time. When the fight was done he found his twin with Ryan. "Good fight is it not."

Rave turned away from his brother. He wasn't trying to be rude or anythig but he wanted to know that Destiny was okay. "Rage." Was all he said before walking off to see if his mate was okay. The only reason he walked in stead of ran was because he would needRyan's key to get in."

[color:41f7= deeppink] Mai growled the gun pointed at the door. "Sorry I can't open it for two reasons! One I don't like Rage. He comes off as the type to use and rape. Second my mate dead bolted the door and he has the only key." she said and pushed Destiny behind her.

I hid behind Mia. She could do alot more damage with the gun than I could with the dagger.

"Come on Rave." I started running to my room. A woman was outside the door. I growled at her.

Rage had fallowed them. "Shes cool Ryan. What's up with the sudden mood swings?" he said and went to Fire's aide. "What are youdoing out here I told you to go inside?" He asked gently watching his brother and Ryan closely.

"His mate is with child. You wouldn't want anyone strange around her either." He said and lokkked at Ryan."Open the door already." he said gently. "I need to see my mate as bad as you need to see yours."

"I didn't know he had a mate let alone got her prego! Nice going my man!" he said lightly hitting Ryan in the shoulder.

Mai knew that her love was just on the other side of the door. She lowered her weapon and called out his name with a question. She needed to know if everything was ok.

I heard Rave and ran to the door. "Rave?!"

I heard Mia and opened the door. I ran to her and picked her up into my arms. "Are you ok?" I looked her up and down to make sure nothing was wrong with her.

When Ryan opened the door. I ran to Rave nad jumped into her arms. He caught me and I kissed him hard. "I was so scared you werent going to come back."
