Chapter 1I looked at the window. It had railings, like the ones that are used for the safety of those living in the house. I ran my hands through his hair as a sign of pure frustration. It was really cold, and, thought I was a vampire, I was trembling. I climbed till I get to his window and tapped it twice. I waited. But there was too much cold…
-August! - I called him. He was deeply asleep. I knew that he was the kind of guy that had heavy sleep. I had tried, when we were together, to wake him up throwing him cold water, and closing his nose so that he couldn’t breath, but nothing had worked.
-Please August! It’s frizzing out here! - I said. It suddenly started to rain. – Oh, great- I whispered. I liked rainy days, but combined with the cold… not the best. Anyway, I got totally soaked.
His eyes suddenly opened. I could see that because his green eyes, beautiful green eyes, by the way, couldn’t be ignored.
- Would you do me the pleasure of opening this damn window, please? - I said to him.
He looked at me, confused. Everyone thought that I was dead. That, in part, was true. But I wasn’t totally dead. Somehow I had turned into a vampire.
- Bonnie? - He asked, with a trembling voice, that wasn’t at all his.
- No, a ghost- I said, joking. But then I realized that my innocent joke could be taken as real. - Its me, August, and I’m not a ghost. Take a breath.
He nodded and breathed three times. He laughed hysterically and looked the other way. Probably he didn’t want to see my red eyes. I accepted that and waited patiently. I tried to hide that I was turning into a vampire-Ice-cream, and looked the other way so that he would have some privacy. I loved him too much, and didn’t want him to have a heart attack. Finally, approximately ten minutes later, open the door.
-Tha..n…kks.- I shivered.- It was time.- I murmured as I got in. It was quite warm inside. I had always loved his room, it was so English… so him. I stayed in the middle of the room, hugging myself with my arms, and my wet clothes.
